Project Purpose:
The purpose of the improvements plan is to return City Park to its prior beauty while enhancing the park for everyday use as well as for festivals and special events. This project was organized by the Business Improvement District as a cooperative effort between the City of Glens Falls, the Crandall Library and the Crandall Trust.
